These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your consent to receive text messages from Continues LLC, doing business as Continues Arcade ("Continues Arcade," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to our SMS program — whether through our website, a booking form, or in person — you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Continues Arcade. Message types you can expect to receive include:
- Marketing & promotions — special offers, new games/menu items, happy hour and event announcements
- Customer care / support — responses to inquiries, gift card balances, order or refund updates, follow-ups on feedback
- Event & party booking reminders — reservation and waitlist confirmations, upcoming event/party reminders, deposit and payment reminders
2. How to Opt Out
To opt out at any time, text STOP. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Continues Arcade unless you opt back in.
